This boot camp is designed for women of all fitness levels! Whether you're a beginner looking to get started or someone with experience who wants an extra challenge, all workouts can be modified to meet your needs.

Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfortable athletic shoes. Light dumbbells or resistance bands are optional if you’d like to add an extra challenge. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude and be ready to have fun!

No worries at all! Every workout is designed to be scalable for all fitness levels. I’ll guide you through modifications and progressions so you feel comfortable and challenged at your own pace.

No problem! While attending all five sessions will give you the best results, you’re welcome to come as often as your schedule allows. Each workout is designed to be effective on its own, so you’ll still see progress even if you can’t make it every day. Just show up when you can and give it your best!

Each session will last 45 minutes, including a warm-up, workout, and cool-down / stretch.

We’ll meet rain or shine! If it’s raining, we’ll jump into a covered space for our workout.
